Ms. Chalmers is a professional counselor at Erikson’s Center for Children & Families with over ten years of experience. She has worked with young children in school, church, office, and home settings, as well as in private practice. She also has clinical experience working with adults. Ms. Chalmers has helped children and families cope with grief and loss, domestic violence, and traumatic stress.
She earned her B.A. in Psychology and M.S. in Community Counseling at Chicago State University. She also holds a M.A. in Theology from the Lutheran School of Theology. She is currently a student in Erikson’s Infant Mental Health Certificate program.
