Jennifer is an occupational therapist and certified trainer in the Newborn Individualized Developmental Care and Assessment Program (NIDCAP), a training program for professionals who work in newborn intensive care units. At Fussy Baby Network, Jennifer is the dissemination specialist, helping new sites around the country implement the Fussy Baby Network program. She is also a Fussy Baby Network trainer and provides home visiting services to families. Jennifer has more than 25 years experience working with families and infants. She brings her specialized knowledge about premature infant behavior and family-centered care to both the home visiting program and to the development of Fussy Baby Network training and dissemination programs.
