Michelle is an infant mental health specialist. She holds a master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in early intervention and a certificate in infant mental health. Michelle was a kindergarten teacher for five years, and has been involved in community programs to support teenage mothers. She has been with the Fussy Baby Network for eight years as a member of the home visiting team and most recently as the director of a prevention initiative grant, which is a collaboration between the Fussy Baby Network and Chicago Public Schools.
