Susan Blumenfeld, M.S.W., LCSW, is the child trauma training director for National Center on Domestic Violence, Trauma & Mental Health. She is an experienced mental health clinician, consultant, and trainer on children and families affected by domestic violence, child abuse, and other trauma. She trains locally and nationally and is the co-author of a child trauma training curriculum for mental health clinicians.

Blumenfeld previously worked in both home- and community-based programs. She is a licensed clinical social worker in Illinois and received her master’s degree in social work at University of Illinois-Chicago, as well as a graduate certificate in Infant Mental Health from Erikson Institute.
