Yinna Zhang is a fourth-year doctoral student at Erikson Institute and Loyola University, studying applied child development with a minor in quantitative methods.
Yinna works with the Early Math Collaborative, and is an active participant in community-based research at Erikson. Her current research focuses on the development of content knowledge for teaching (content-specific professional knowledge for effective teaching) and its implications for teacher education.
