Bio
Megan Hillegass is an instructor in the Bil/ESL certificate program, and is the program coordinator for the Bilingual/ESL Grand Victoria cohort at the College of DuPage. She also provides professional development for school districts in the Chicago area on issues surrounding bilingual education and parent involvement.
