Olga Silva-Zletz has worked as an early intervention provider, infant mental health specialist, developmental therapist, and a clinical consultant and supervisor. She previously taught for 13 years on the faculty at the University of Carabobo in Venezuela. At Erikson she teaches Family and Culture in the Illinois State Board of Education-funded teacher certification program based based at the College of DuPage.
