Services for online students

Questions about academic issues? Financial aid? Research resources?
Students in our online programs have access to all the resources available to campus students—and the close, personal, and ongoing support Erikson is known for. Help is just a phone call or e-mail away.

  • Academic advising: The adviser leading your integrative seminar course will work with you throughout the full two years of your program to help you reflect on and apply your coursework in ways meaningful to you. Student services personnel will also assist with academic issues.
  • Administrative services: staff members will registration, student accounts, financial aid, multicultural affairs, and more.
  • Career services: a job board, resume writing tips, and job search tutorials are available online, and one-on-one advising is available by phone or e-mail.
  • Writing support: We offer a writing program for students who need a hand sharpening the writing skills needed to succeed in graduate school. You’ll have access to this valuable resource, specially structured to support our distance learners.
  • Technical support: Before classes begin, we’ll provide an orientation to online learning, tutorials to brush up on your computer skills, and tools to test your computer set-up. If you need help, you’ll talk with real human tech support staff who know the courseware system inside and out.
