Registering for courses online is fast, simple, and secure. Just browse our listings, select the courses you’d like to enroll in, log in with your ID or create a new one, and pay by credit card. Discounts may be offered online that are not available through other registration methods.

- By phone or fax: To register by phone, call (312) 893-7171. You can also fax your registration form to (312) 755-0928. Please note that these transactions require a credit card for processing.
Note: Forms received by mail or fax with incomplete information will not be processed.
Third-party registrations
Agencies are welcome to register their employees for Erikson professional development offerings.
However, we do not currently support third-party registrations online.
To register a single employee using a third-party payment (company credit card, purchase order, or agency check), please download and complete a copy of the
registration form.
- If using an institutional purchase order, please fax the registration form and a copy of the purchase order to (312) 755-0928;
- If using a company credit card, please include the credit card information in the space provided at the bottom of the registration form and fax or mail the form as above.
- If using a check from your organization, mail the check with the completed form to Erikson Institute.
