Erikson's campus is nonresidential; we do not provide housing for students. Most students live in the city of Chicago or the nearby suburbs.
Erikson’s central location in the downtown River North neighborhood makes it an easy commute from anywhere in the city or suburbs. Chicago is a city of neighborhoods, many of which historically were enclaves for a particular ethnic group and retain a distinctive cultural flavor, which means you can find a neighborhood to meet your style, taste, and budget.
To rent an apartment, tenants will typically be required to sign a lease, usually for one year, and provide a deposit equal to approximately one month of rent.
