The University of Chicago is the primary collaborating partner of the Fussy Baby Network. Dr. Larry Gray, assistant professor, Department of Pediatrics, is medical director of the Fussy Baby Network. He attends weekly clinical team meetings and runs the Fussy Baby Clinic at the University of Chicago Comer Children's Hospital. He also provides training in behavioral and developmental pediatrics to medical students, residents, and physicians here and abroad.

The mission of Family Focus is to promote the well being of children from birth by supporting and strengthening their families in and with their communities. Family Focus and Fussy Baby Network provide comprehensive family support services for both English and Spanish speaking families who are expecting a baby or have young children.
Juvenile Protective Association Family and Child Development Center

The Juvenile Protective Association’s primary mission is to prevent abuse and neglect, treat families where abuse and neglect have already occurred, and to ameliorate adverse effects, primarily among families with childen up to five years old. The Fussy Baby Network refers parents to JPA for parent groups and counseling services when needed.

Phoenix
Fussy Baby Network services have been integrated into Southwest Human Development’s Arizona Institute for Early Childhood Development. Parents who call the institute's Child Abuse Prevention Center help line with concerns about a difficult-to-soothe infant receive support over the phone and are offered home visiting services. Los Angeles
Fussy Baby services are being integrated into several existing programs at the University of Southern California's University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
Among them are Project ABC, birth-to-five system of care project, and Corazon de la Familia Infant-Child Intervention Program, a Part C early intervention program. Both are home-based intervention and treatment programs designed to provide family support, education, modeling, developmental guidance, mental health services, and linkages to other community resources. THe Fussy Baby approach is also being adopted in new early childhood mental Health parent groups. In the future, the USC-UCEDD Fussy Baby team will expand services to the Feeding Clinic and Behavior in Babies Clinic.
Oakland
The Children’s Hospital and Research Center in Oakland, California is now offering warmline support through its pediatric primary care clinic. Additional Fussy Baby services including home visits will be integrated into the clinic in the future.
Breese, Illinois
Community Link, a nonprofit serving Clinton and Washington counties in southern Illinois, is adding Fussy Baby services to its First Step program. Community Link serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, providing a range of services that includes home visitation, early intervention, and infant mental health.
