Keeping Young Children on Track in the Race to the Top

Herr Research Center for Children and Social Policy held a half-day policy forum on June 23, 2009, to discuss perspectives on demonstrating and increasing student achievement in light of the goals and guidelines for important funding opportunities in the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
