Illinois Early Childhood Block Grant Evaluation:
Birth to Five Evaluation Project

In fall 2008, the Herr Research Center began work on a statewide evaluation of the Illinois State Board of Education's Early Childhood Block Grant (ECBG) initiatives.

The evaluation will be comprised of two studies:

• Preschool for All: Evaluation of Programs for Children Ages 3–5
• Prevention Initiatives Birth to Three Program Evaluation
