The goal of this project is the development of a measurement tool to assess the quality of family-provider relationships across early care and education settings. Bromer serves as an expert consultant and works collaboratively with Child Trends on all aspects of measurement development, including a conceptual and empirical literature review on family-provider relationships, focus group protocol development and data analysis, and measurement item development.
