As part of the Applied Child Development Seminar Series, Professor Amanda Moreno will present the results of her study, “Effectiveness of Coaching and Coursework in Improving Caregiver-Child Interactions in Infant-Toddler Settings.”

The study examined the quality and impacts of a coaching and coursework model in infant-toddler settings and concluded that the intervention would be unlikely to create change at the behavioral level.

Bring your lunch and join in the discussion of the complex issues raised by the research.

Applied Child Development Seminar Series

The Applied Child Development Seminar Series offers a forum for the entire Erikson community — faculty, students, staff, and alumni — to engage in intellectual exchange on topics related to applied child development.

Managed by Professors Jie-Qi Chen and Robert Halpern, the five Applied Child Development Seminars throughout the academic year are organized and implemented by the Doctoral Student Association at Erikson.
