University of Chicago Medicine Comer Children’s Hospital child life specialists Chelsea Cress and Kathleen O’Sullivan, an Erikson graduate, will share how and why they have used technology in their work and share effective ways to:
- Enhance communication between children and families
- Help children prepare for medical procedures and cope during surgery
- Store educational and preparation materials for professional management
