Reflective supervision is a collaborative partnership between two or more individuals that improves program quality by focusing on the professional growth of the practitioner. This session will focus on providing reflective supervision to non-clinical staff of early childhood/family services programs. The first half of the session will be informational, focusing on the definition, process, and benefits of reflective supervision. The second half of the session will include a demonstration and opportunity to practice providing reflective supervision. Throughout the session, participants will work together to identify opportunities and address challenges to implementing reflective supervision in their specific work settings.
