Prepare to improve your skills and advance your career as an administrator and leader of early childhood programs. You’ll learn to plan and implement the administrative systems needed to effectively carry out an organization’s mission.
This concentration explores organizational development and the ethical responsibilities of an administrator. Students will learn how to supervise, implement programs, budget, evaluate, manage organizational resources, and resolve conflicts.
This concentration prepares you to seek the Illinois Gateways to Opportunity Early Care and Education Credential, Levels 2-6, through the Entitled Route. To earn the credential, you will need to complete the appropriate Gateways application and provide documentation of your academic and professional experiences.
