Erikson cited as “exemplar” by NCATE

NCATE, the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education, recently released policy recommendations urging that teacher education include the study of child development. The council’s Principles and Exemplars for Integrating Developmental Sciences Knowledge into Educator Preparation [PDF, 96 pg] cites Erikson’s teacher education program as a national model.
