The Irving Harris Foundation supports new project – $160,000 to Illinois Child-Parent Psychotherapy Learning Collaborative

The Irving Harris Foundation has provided a three-year $160,000 grant in support of a new project, the Illinois Child-Parent Psychotherapy Learning Collaborative. This project will train up to 14 teams of clinicians in an intervention approach specifically designed for traumatized parents and their children. Participants will receive in-person training as well as phone consultation with project staff as they implement the program within their respective agencies. Project partners include the Child Trauma Research Program, Jewish Child and Family Services, Erikson Institute, and the Harris Foundation.
