Grace has been in the field of early childhood education for twenty years and has worked in various capacities including Teacher Assistant, Head Teacher, Program Coordinator, and Program Director. She is currently the Vice President of Community Impact at Illinois Action for Children. Grace teaches the Policy and Advocacy course at Erikson Institute. As a former early childhood educator, Grace is passionate about ensuring that children have what they need for optimal development and that families are supported as primary caregivers. Teaching Erikson students to be strong advocates is one way she can positively impact the field.
