Stefani Scott

Stefani Scott is the Projects and Operations Administrator for Erikson’s Policy and Leadership Department. She works across projects to support team operations, program development and capacity building. She manages bookkeeping for the department and supports logistics for vendor and partner relationships. She collaborates on content development and facilitation to apply lenses of child development and racial equity to programming. Scott also attends early childhood policy meetings to keep up-to-date with the policy landscape of Chicago and Illinois to inform Erikson’s policy initiatives. Scott earned a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in children’s law and policy from Erikson Institute. She has been involved with community building and youth development initiatives with the Logan Square Neighborhood Association, now Palenque LSNA, as well as through the office of Illinois State Senator Cristina Pacione-Zayas.
