Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education with Wisconsin teacher certification from birth to third grade from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master of Science degree in Child Development from Erikson Institute. She has worked in the field of early childhood education for 30 years, as a kindergarten teacher, a childcare teacher and administrator, a teacher educator, and a children’s museum administrator.
Stephanie teaches a course in the Child Development program and a course in the Early Childhood Education program. As someone who believes people learn best in supportive relationships, Stephanie brings that same commitment to course design and facilitation when working with Erikson students. She was drawn to Erikson Institute because of its focus on relationship-based learning and reflective practice.
