We strive for excellence across all areas of our organization, and are committed to operating with fairness and transparency, and the highest levels of integrity and ethical practices.   

Admissions

  • Ensure non-discriminatory admission practices.
  • Base admission decisions on merit, institutional policies, as well as legal and regulatory guidelines that respond to the needs of our professional fields.
  • Maintain confidentiality of applicant information and use it only for the purposes for which it was collected.
  • Clearly communicate admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures.
  • Focus on communicating clear information that supports our program availability, career outcomes, and/or financial commitments.

Recruitment

  • Engage in transparent, ethical and professional recruitment practices without coercion or misrepresentation, providing opportunities for prospective candidates to ask questions and connect with our faculty and staff.
  • Provide accurate, timely information about programs, costs, accreditation, and student success rates.
  • Respect student autonomy, avoid coercive recruitment tactics, and offer insights that support our students’ career vision.
  • Ensure that recruitment staff and third-party representatives follow institutional policies and legal regulations.

Marketing & Communications

  • Represent the institution honestly and transparently in all promotional materials.
  • Ensure that claims about program quality, job placement, financial aid, or student outcomes are transparent and accurate.
  • Disclose total program costs, expected time to completion, and any additional fees.
  • Ensure digital, print, and verbal communications align with institutional values and compliance standards.
  • Regularly update marketing materials to reflect accurate and current information.

Financial Aid & Scholarships

  • Provide clear, accessible, and accurate information on financial aid options, eligibility, and repayment obligations.
  • Train and educate financial aid counselors to help ensure they act in the best interests of students and families.
  • Prohibit conflicts of interest in financial aid advising and loan recommendations.
  • Avoid preferential treatment of lenders and uphold ethical loan disbursement policies.
  • Educate students on responsible borrowing, financial literacy, and repayment expectations.

Compliance & Accountability

  • Adhere to federal, state, and accreditation laws and regulations governing admissions, recruitment, marketing, and financial aid.
  • Train staff and faculty on relevant ethical guidelines and institutional policies.
  • Establish a mechanism for reporting and addressing violations of this Code of Conduct.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure continued compliance.
  • Foster and maintain a culture of integrity, transparency, and student-centered decision-making.
