Part-time Faculty

Siemone has worked in the Infant Mental Health field for over 10 years, with a focus on Trauma Informed practices. She has worked in Chicago’s Englewood area as a Child-Parent Psychotherapy clinician providing trauma focused therapy and support services to families involved with the child welfare system.

As a fourth year Doctoral Candidate at Adler University, Siemone is pursuing a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. She currently works as a Family Therapist at a private practice. She also works at Erikson Institute as the FAN Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead Trainer, leading the internal DEI efforts and training other trainers. Siemone also teaches an Infant Observation course in Erikson’s Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Certificate Program.
