Part-time Faculty

I graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's in communication sciences, then completed my master's at Nova Southeastern University in 2012. While in graduate school, I spent a summer working at a therapeutic summer camp with a heavy focus on DIR/Floortime. After graduation, I spent 8 years working for a multi-disciplinary clinic in Chicago, where I continued my journey in DIR/Floortime and became an expert DIR/Floortime clinician through ICDL. In 2020, I completed my Certificate in Infant Mental Health through Erikson, bridging my passions for speech and language with my interest in mental health and supporting family systems. Following my completion of the certificate program, I launched Chatterbox Speech Therapy, LLC, offering speech and language therapy services, early intervention services, infant/early childhood mental health consulting, and DIR/Floortime training. I specialize in expressive language, social-pragmatic communication and Selective Mutism, but enjoy working with children with a range of language needs.
