In this program, designed for early childhood professionals, you will gain a deeper understanding of how children age 8 and younger grow and learn, and how their families, communities, culture, and the broader early childhood systems affect their development and success.
From April 27 through July 1, we are waiving the deposit fee of $200 for all completed applications for a Fall 2020 start. And, we currently offer guaranteed total scholarships for students who start through Fall 2020*:
- Full-time students receive $15,000 over the course of the program. (Before scholarship, program tuition is $32,700).
- Part-time students receive $9,000 over the course of the program. (Before scholarship, program tuition is $32,000).
Erikson Institute has partnered with Illinois Gateways to Opportunity to provide an entitled application route for many of its certificate and degree programs. You can refer to the concentration page for any applicable details.
This program does not lead to teacher licensure. If you are looking for a program that leads to an initial teaching license, consider our on-campus program.
*Applications considered complete must be submitted with all required materials, transcripts, and recommendations by July 1, 2020, 11:59pm CT. Guaranteed scholarships are available for students who begin their degree program through Fall 2020. Scholarship eligibility is contingent upon admission and completion of a FASFA.
