Professor Luisiana Meléndez is working with The Evanston Community Foundation on a descriptive study attempting to identify what variables are associated with non-regular attendance of early care and education services in families with at least one child currently enrolled in kindergarten in Evanston School District 65.

The ECF hopes the results of the study will provide data that can help inform current and future efforts to increase access to quality early childhood education in Evanston.
